We are a world leader, with over three decades of experience treating female infertility without surgery or drugs. Dr. Julia Conant joins the Spring Fertility team to lead our Integrative Services program. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Julia specializes in treating all aspects of women’s health, as well as in helping couples navigate through times of transition. Her work with individuals and couples is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and holistic in consideration of different backgrounds, cultures, identities, values, and personalities.

Julia completed her doctoral degree (Psy.D) at The Wright Institute in Berkeley in 2016. She trained at California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) department of psychiatry in the Peri- and Post-Natal Women’s Mental Health track for her predoctoral internship and spent her postdoctoral fellowship year at The Access Institute in San Francisco. Prior to joining Spring, Julia was in private practice in Oakland.

Ellen Jacobs has over 25 years of experience working with individuals and couples in the specialty of reproductive health to include individuals seeking to build families with the help of fertility treatments, egg, sperm and embryo donation as well as surrogacy. This includes supporting individuals/couples experiencing the emotional upheaval that can occur with infertility and pregnancy loss.

With individuals and couples, she helps them to explore different options and cope with the difficult emotional feelings they may experience during this process. Her compassionate approach facilitates greater introspection, self- care and drawing on their strengths to manage a challenging time in their lives.

Stephanie Brownridge, MD, is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) and board eligible in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI). Dr. Brownridge received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, graduating with honors as a premedical student with a minor in Women’s Studies. She received her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. She then completed her residency in OB/GYN at Lenox Hill Hospital, Northwell Health in New York, New York.
