Dr. Larry Barmat is double board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Barmat is a respected Reproductive Endocrinologist, surgeon, and researcher. He pioneered research on autologous endometrial coculture (growing embryos on a patient’s own uterine cells) to enhance IVF success rates during his time at Cornell. He has led research into uterine markers of implantation, the effects of hydrosalpinges on IVF, and robotic reproductive surgery. Dr. Barmat has published extensively on in-vitro fertilization, fibroids, and endometriosis and received numerous honors from local and national medical societies.

In recognition of his career, Dr. Barmat was named a Top Doctor by Castle Connolly each year from 2015 to 2024, as well as a Top Doctor in Philadelphia Magazine (2018-2024) and New York Magazine (2023).

Grace Graham, MD., is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN). Dr. Graham completed her residency in OB/GYN at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. From there, she trained in Reproductive Endocrinology (REI) at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. 

Dr. Graham is passionate about egg freezing and oncofertility. She is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

Sally F. Vitez, MDearned her undergraduate degree with honors in Molecular Biology from Kenyon College. Following undergrad, she spent time in Arusha, Tanzania teaching high school students and volunteering in a local hospital. She then worked as a researcher at the National Institutes of Health prior to earning her medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School of Rutgers University. She then completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Columbia University – New York Presbyterian Hospital where she was elected by faculty to serve as administrative chief resident. From there, she completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.  

Dr. Vitez is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) and board eligible in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI). Her research interests include male fertility, preimplantation genetic testing, the impact of obesity and optimizing fertility treatment outcomes. She is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).

Alexis Gadson, M.D., is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) and board eligible in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI). Dr. Gadson completed her residency in OB/GYN at Boston University School of Medicine/Boston Medical Center. From there, she trained in REI at Brown University/Women and Infants Hospital, in Providence, Rhode Island.

Dr. Gadson is passionate about finding the best ways she can care for patients who may experience challenges in achieving their family-building goals. Her research interests include healthcare disparities in fertility treatment, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and fertility preservation. Dr. Gadson is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), and the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (SREI).

Jessica Selter, MD earned her undergraduate degree from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina as a Neuroscience major. She then became a researcher at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland before earning her medical degree with distinction from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. She then went on to complete her residency in OB/GYN at Columbia University Medical Center/NY Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. From there, she returned to Duke University Medical Center to complete her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.  

Dr. Selter is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) and board eligible in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI). She has expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility including polycystic ovary syndrome, ovarian aging, and male factor infertility. She also has particular interest in third-party reproduction and elective egg freezing.

Jessica Marinaro, MD, is a urologist with sub-specialty expertise in male infertility and microsurgery. Dr. Marinaro graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia, and earned her medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. She completed her urologic surgery residency training at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C.,and then pursued additional fellowship training in male infertility and microsurgery at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City.  

Dr. Marinaro’s research interests include microsurgical management of male infertility, sperm DNA fragmentation, and optimizing outcomes for men with severe infertility, among others. She is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the American Urological Association (AUA), the Society for Male Reproduction and Urology (SMRU), and the Society for the Study of Male Reproduction (SSMR).

Mae Healy, D.O., is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI). Dr. Healy completed her residency in OB/GYN at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. She completed her fellowship in REI at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.

Prior to joining SGF, Dr. Healy retired from the U.S. Navy as a Commander with her most recent position being the Division Director of REI at Naval Medical Center San Diego. Dr. Healy has also served as the Director, Assisted Reproductive Technology at Walter Reed. She values training the next generation of physicians, evidenced by her time as the Associate Fellowship Director at the National Institutes of Health for REI. Dr. Healy has been recognized for her excellence in teaching and patient care. As an avid researcher, Dr. Healy has contributed to numerous publications and presentations exploring topics such as access to fertility care for military families, intrauterine inseminations (IUI), and optimizing embryo transfer techniques, among many others.
