Larry Barmat, MD

Dr. Larry Barmat is double board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Barmat is a respected Reproductive Endocrinologist, surgeon, and researcher. He pioneered research on autologous endometrial coculture (growing embryos on a patient’s own uterine cells) to enhance IVF success rates during his time at Cornell. He has led research into uterine markers of implantation, the effects of hydrosalpinges on IVF, and robotic reproductive surgery. Dr. Barmat has published extensively on in-vitro fertilization, fibroids, and endometriosis and received numerous honors from local and national medical societies.

In recognition of his career, Dr. Barmat was named a Top Doctor by Castle Connolly each year from 2015 to 2024, as well as a Top Doctor in Philadelphia Magazine (2018-2024) and New York Magazine (2023).

Wendy J. Shillings, MD

Dr. Wendy Schillings is a board certified reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist who joined RADfertility in 2019 with over 25 years of experience. For the first 10 years of her career, Dr. Schillings helped patients grow their families while serving as a member of the teaching faculty for various medical schools. She then took that experience and ran a practice for over 10 years.

When Dr. Schillings entered the field, IVF was in its infancy and she just knew it was going to change people’s lives. As RADfertility’s Medical Director of Fertility Preservation, Dr. Schillings helps individuals preserve their future fertility prior to cancer treatment or for personal reasons through egg, sperm, or embryo freezing.

Dr. Schillings is a strong believer in personalized care and works beside her patients to educate them about fertility treatments and diagnoses so that they feel empowered. Dr. Schillings has authored several publications and lectured extensively.

Ronald F. Feinberg, MD, PhD

Dr. Ronald F. Feinberg is a board certified reproductive endocrinologist and physician scientist, who serves as Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director of IVF Programs at RADfertility. Dr. Feinberg has been caring for patients with reproductive and family building challenges for over 25 years and is one of the founding partners at RADfertility.

Under Dr. Feinberg’s guidance, RADfertility’s multi-year commitment to single embryo transfer and preimplantation genetic testing has achieved safer, healthier pregnancies and nationally-recognized success rates. His background and efforts in translational and clinical research have focused on the key “seeds and soil” issues of assisted reproduction that promote healthy embryo-endometrial implantation. As IVF Director of RADfertility, he led efforts toward 100% single embryo transfer in the practice, and has utilized RADfertility’s outcomes to advocate for fertility care legislative insurance mandates in Delaware.In addition, Dr. Feinberg has co-authored hundreds of journal articles, book chapters, and national presentations.

Dr. Barbara A. McGuirk is a board certified reproductive endocrinologist and an endometriosis specialist who has been dedicated to women’s health for over 28 years. To give the kind of care she believes in, Dr. McGuirk knew she had to create a special place and team. In 1995, Dr. McGuirk founded Reproductive Associates of Delaware, now known as RADfertility, with a mission to provide ethical, personal care for men and women, and help them achieve their dream of building their family. She also serves as the Program Director of RAD’s Endometriosis & Pelvic Pain Center

As the Director of Reproductive Surgery, Dr. McGuirk has performed thousands of life-changing surgeries for women of all ages with chronic pelvic pain. Nicole M. Marchetto, MD, M.P.H., is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) and board eligible in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI). Dr. Marchetto earned her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During this time, she also earned her Master of Public Health.
