Nicole M. Marchetto, MD, M.P.H., is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) and board eligible in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI). Dr. Marchetto earned her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During this time, she also earned her Master of Public Health. From there, she completed her residency training in OB/GYN at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s – Mount Sinai West in New York, New York. Dr. Marchetto then continued her training at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School to complete her fellowship in REI.

Russell Hayden, M.D., is a urologist with a sub-specialty in male infertility and microsurgery. Dr. Hayden joined Shady Grove Fertility’s Center for Male Fertility in 2021, and currently sees patients at the Chesterbrook, PA and Baltimore, MD, offices, as well as additional SGF Pennsylvania locations.

Melanie Ochalski, MD

Melanie Ochalski, M.D. is a board certified reproductive endocrinologist at Shady Grove Fertility in Lancaster, PA. She earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center – Magee-Womens Hospital. She is the recipient of multiple scientific and teaching awards. Dr. Ochalski is currently a clinical assistant professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Penn State College of Medicine and an assistant clinical professor at Drexel University College of MedicineHer interests include assisted reproductive technologies, pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD), ovulatory disorders and recurrent pregnancy loss. Dr. Ochalski joined Shady Grove Fertility in 2018 and will be seeing new patients at SGFâ€s Lancaster, PA location.
