Alexandra Gannon, MD, is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) and board eligible in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI). Dr. Gannon earned her medical degree from University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City. She then completed her residency in OB/GYN at Wake Forest School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Drawn to the combination of women’s healthcare, genetics, and cutting-edge research, Dr. Gannon then trained in REI at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. While in fellowship she earned her Masters in Clinical Investigation through Baylor College of Medicine.

Paulette E. Browne, M.D.

Paulette E. Browne, M.D. is a board certified reproductive endocrinologist at Shady Grove Fertility in Fair Oaks, VA. After receiving her medical degree from University of Maryland School of Medicine; Dr. Browne completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Fletcher Allen Healthcare at the University of Vermont. She then went on to complete a two year fellowship program in reproductive endocrinology at Rush-Presbyterian, St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Browne currently serves a clinical instructor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Georgetown University, Division of Reproductive Endocrinology. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. Dr. Browne is available for new patient appointments at Shady Grove Fertility’s Fair Oaks location in Virginia.

Brad Swelstad, MD

Brad B. Swelstad, M.D. is a board certified reproductive endocrinologist at Shady Grove Fertility in northern Virginia. He earned his medical degree from St. George’s University and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas. He then went on to complete a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He has served as both medical director of a fertility practice and university clinical instructor for OB/GYN residents. Dr. Swelstad is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Swelstad joined Shady Grove Fertility in November 2018 and will be seeing new patients at SGF’s Fair Oaks, VA locations.
